ALEX AZZOPARDI - Audit “I chose KPMG because of the firm’s values and its commitment towards its employees. Today I am proud to be a valued member of the Audit Department”. Alex joined the firm five years ago, whilst still reading for an Accountancy degree. This has helped him in increasing his potential because he was exposed to practical experience early on. In addition, Alex believes that “KPMG enables you to enrich your technical abilities due to its strong and diversified portfolio of clients. This is strengthened with opportunities to be assigned to KPMG offices overseas, which opportunities are available to professional staff independently of the length of post-qualification experience”. The working environment at KPMG is conducive towards growth, since managers and other senior staff are always available to guide other employees. “This engenders a system where today’s learners will, in the future, share their greater experience with new members of the department”. With the range of services that KPMG offers, the professional has greater opportunity to develop in a career which best suits his aptitude.
